  • Each Persica Skincare product is laboriously handmade in small, sterile batches with painstaking care, exacting methodologies, and an unrelenting eye towards perfection. The use of finely ground “sargol” or “super negin” saffron stigmas, and high-end organic essential oils renders the products sublimely precious. Accordingly, Persica Skincare cannot offer the same return policy as mass-produced, assembly line, or white-labeled brands. Our return policy is for 5 calendar days after receipt for damaged goods. Please contact info@persicaskincare.com for further instructions regarding damaged shipments. As always, we are happy to consult with you before you purchase any product.

  • Persica Skincare typically processes orders within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information after your order has shipped.

  • Persica Skincare ships to most international countries including Canada, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Central & South America. Shipping costs do not include duties and taxes of the destination country.

  • Please note, Persica Skincare is not responsible for your shipping destination’s duties, taxes, customs-related shipping delays, or other international customs terms and conditions. We encourage you to review your home country’s importation regulations before placing your order, as we cannot provide returns or store credit related to duties, tariffs, delays, fees, fines, or other customs-related issues.
